Friends of Kibooba works in partnership with Kibooba village Memorial Orphanage Care Centre (KMOCC) providing resources (financial, material, consultative) and training to help them reach their locally defined goals. We do not dictate their priorities, nor tell them what is best for their village. The majority of implementation is carried out by the community members under the guidance of our local agent and the Director of the KVMOCC, Joel Ibanda Gabula:Research is always conducted to determine the best way to go about attaining each of the goals.
